2023 State of Personal Investing - Magnifi Report

This November, we announced that our 45,000+ members linked over $500,000,000 of their invested assets to Magnifi, so they could benefit from the in-depth insights, hidden opportunities, and whole-portfolio management tools that AI makes possible.

As this new “linked accounts” feature continues to grow in popularity, we’ve taken a look back at how these subscribers worked with Magnifi to manage their portfolios and to grow their positions so far.

Here are those findings, the 2023 Magnifi State of Personal Investing, looking back at how we invested this year.

Magnifi members can be found in every state in the U.S. The highest concentrations of users are typically from the most populous states, but not always. Florida, Washington, Virginia, and Colorado (home to Magnifi HQ) all have outsized concentrations compared to their population sizes.

This report offers a panoramic view of Magnifi investors, coupled with insights tailored to different investing stages.

Keep an eye out for deeper insights that may match more closely with the current state of your investment journey.

Early Investors: those of us at the beginning of our journey, with account values up to $15,000.
Mid-Level Investors: those further along, with account values between $15,000 and $500,000.
Established Investors: those most invested, with account values greater than $500,000.

With new features and more assets being added to Magnifi every day, the ways we lean on AI to remove barriers to our financial growth, expand our intelligence, and support the pursuit of our dreams will continue grow.
